In almost all disciplines of diagnostic pathology, the incorporation of molecular pathology facets to the diagnostic repertoire is rapidly becoming the expected standard. However, this shift in practice requires capacity-building in expertise and knowledge of genomics and molecular pathology techniques, for which there is a substantial gap between molecular pathology knowhow and healthcare demands. This Masters (MMDPath) programme is well poised in location and time to address the gap.
