Overseas student can avail of on-line teaching for lectures and tutorials*. Video-taped lectures will be accessible from the HKU Moodle website for which only registered students can log-in. Self-assessment exercises and MCQ examinations are all administered on-line.

The minimum attendance requirement of 75% for the lectures, tutorials and practical sessions will be applied through the log kept by the Moodle system.

Registered overseas students will be required to come to Hong Kong at least once over the 2 year cycle, to attend the Practical session that will cover Molecular Modules MMDP7001, 7002 and 7003, which will be held before/after MMDP7003. Students should discuss details of their capstone report with their supervisors during their visit to Hong Kong.

Laboratory visits arranged are optional.

MMDP7007 being a Practical Course in Laboratory Methods by its nature has to be attended in person.
